I do like the PCOS vitamins. It has made me feel much better. My bloating have got down and it has help with my cycle. However, the most recent orders the vitamins have come dried out. I use to have Hot flashes at all times of the day. At night was the worse when trying to sleep. I could never sleep straight through the night.
