I bought the Energy Bundle for my girlfriend who has numerous auto-immune related health issues. She appreciated the fact that these were specifically curated for black women and they were all the vitamins she is deficient in. However, she hates the fact that they are mixed flavors (I also didn’t realize this when I ordered- I thought they were all the same flavor). She said the Peach and Mango flavors were nasty, but she liked the Strawberry. Sadly, a lot of the peach and mango gummies will probably be wasted… I probably wouldn’t buy these again unless I could get each bottle in a single flavor. Other than that, she lIkes them and thinks they may helped her lose some weight.

Not quite sure. I received these in January & have been taking BGV Iron Gummies (IG for short) every day since. As far as the D3 & B12, I've only taken those as needed. Sometimes I forget to when starting my day {like I'll rush off to complete an order (Instacart Shopper)} & by the time my shift is over, it's too late to take the B12 or D3. I heard when injesting all 3 consecutively, it boosts energy & creates more focus. When taking IG & D3 simultaneously, I became sleepy & desired more naps (due to lack of caffeine). I try to get IG into my system soon as I awake first; then, once ready for breakfast (which could be later during the day), I consume B12 or D3 (B12 moreover). This isn't to discourage anyone from purchasing BGV. Every BODY is different & reacts differently to things. That being said, I will be selecting the Energy Bundle once again this month to test out its benefits. Hopefully, I'll have better results when taken more correctly!

The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because my last batch of D3 gummies had an odd smell and flavor this time.
