The amount of sweeteners (glucose syrup and sugar) is too high. If taken as suggested, 2 gummies per serving (that's almost 1 tsp of sugar per serving and is the highest content of all the ingredients). Although, I appreciated that the capsules are vegan and the vitamins are useful. All the added sugar is unnecessary. I'm going to checkout the pill and see if that's any better.
