The collagen does not do good at all in cold or hot drinks. I put it in juice it clumped up really hard. then hot tea it bubbled over. So in order not to waste it im going to have to get a blender because it's just not working. The vitamins I guess I'll see after 30 days. My low review is for the powder it's awful. It doesn't dissolve at all. Unless I got a bad batch I don't know.
