This is a real review and not sponsored.. as a woman with iron deficiency anemia I would like to make a point of taking up to 3 gummies to supplement. I learned the hard way and want other women to know. Normally on my pill I take 65 mg and with black girl vitamins I was taking only one 20mg daily which wasn’t enough and I felt that…. After taking my high dose for 3 days I started again on black girl vitamins 3 gummies at 20 mg and 2 vitamin D gummies daily. I’ll have to update on if I feel a difference… but taste great and I wish this was pointed out in the adds!!!! The Milligrams matter depending on Your bodies need for iron!!!!!!!

Exactly what I need! These plus probiotics help me stay awake and focused all day, vs needing a nap every day around 2pm. If I'm comfortable I'll still nap, or if I eat too heavy of a lunch.
D3 tastes great! Iron...meh, it's OK. You'll still get a bit of the iron taste, but gummy form makes me look forward to them every morning!

Again, I've tried every type of vitamin 3 and iron you could think of and nothing has ever worked for me. That is until I tried this. I love both the D3 and the iron supplements. I have been taking an iron supplement of some form for more than 35 years. This iron is delicious, which makes it enjoyable to take and something I look forward to consuming twice every day. I have never said that about any previous iron supplement. I was prescribed vitamin D about 4 years ago, I didn't enjoy taking it. It was chalky and nasty. Black Girl Vitamin D3 is the complete opposite! I ordered the sugar free D3. It is scrumptious!
