I finished my first month and I don't have a lot to express at the time but I do like the product. I can definitely tell that my skin is clearer, it has aided with better sleep, good post-workout recovery, and a slimmer waist. I just received comments on how tone I am and smaller I appear. If the vitamins have helped with that, cool! My PCOS symptoms don't seem to be as bad, especially bloating and unnecessary weight gain that often tends to happen. I have been fluctuating less. Instead of the usual 5 pounds, its 2 pounds. I will continue on with the product and keep monitoring symptoms and other changes.

It's honestly too early to tell how I like it other than the smell and taste. I've only had it and been taking it for 2 weeks and a day. It smells good, the taste, however; is something I don't care for. I'm not a fan of raspberry but I figured if it will improve my PCOS then it's worth it. I don't like the taste so much so that what I do is breathe through my mouth, chew it a few times and swallow it along with my other vitamins and water/juice in the morning.
