Are Black Girl Vitamins vegetarian?

Most of our supplements are vegetarian. Our Hair Skin and Nails and Collagen are not vegetarian. Please look at the product description for more details

Can these be taken with daily meds?

Hi, we strongly recommend checking with your doctor first before trying our vitamins if you have a medical history and are taking daily medications. Your health and safety are our top priority!

Can I take the supplements when I am pregnant?

Should I be taking all of them at the same time?

Yes, absolutely! Our BGV products are designed to be used together to help you achieve your personal health goals. To get the most out of your gummy vitamins, spread the intake of all vitamin types throughout the day after meals - just remember to avoid taking D3 and Once a Day before bedtime, as they are energy boosters.

I don't like pills. What can I do?

What if I try a product and don't like it?

We understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit for you, and we're here to help.

If you've tried a product and it didn't meet your expectations, please contact our team within 30 days of your delivery date so we can discuss the next best steps. We're more than happy to work with you to ensure your satisfaction!

To be eligible for a return, kindly ensure that the item is in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don't forget to have your receipt or proof of purchase handy as well.

What can I use my discount code on?

Why won’t my discount code work?

How do I subscribe to a product?

To subscribe to a product, you will need to first make sure that you are signed in to Once signed in, navigate to the desired product page Once you have selected the size of the product you wish to purchase, you will select “Subscribe & Save” and adjust the subscription frequency to your liking. You can repeat this process for multiple items on one order prior to checking out.

Can I have multiple products on one subscription?

Yes! You may have as many products as you’d like on one subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

We do require any changes or cancellations made at least 7 business days prior to your next order date. Please note, and this is important, if you wish to cancel an order less than 7 business day prior to you ship date, Black Girl Vitamins is unable to cancel or issue a refund.

Subscription cancellation policy is being sent after every purchase via email along with their order details, reminding them that they should request any modification and cancellation atleast 7 business day before charged date.  That being said, this is sent as a courtesy and it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to track their own subscription.

I got an email about my payment information but my account says that I do not have any subscriptions. What do I do now?

How do I update my subscription billing/shipping address?

Once signed into your account, select the tab labeled “Subscriptions”. From here, select “Edit Subscription” under your active subscription. Now that you are viewing your subscription, select the pencil icon next to the field labeled “Delivery Address”. Update your address accordingly and be sure to “Save” your updates prior to exiting the screen. Please note that all alterations to shipping addresses for recurring orders need to be made at least 7 business day prior to the scheduled ship date. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their address is properly updated prior to their order being processed. Orders that have not been updated and have been issued to a previously entered address will be refunded once the product has been returned to sender.

How do I change the frequency of my subscription?

Once signed into your account, select the tab labeled “Subscriptions,” and, from there, choose “Edit Subscription” under the active subscription you wish to adjust. Now that you are viewing your subscription, click on the current frequency listed next to the field labeled “Frequency” and update your frequency accordingly. Be sure to select “Save Changes” to save your modifications. Note that this will update your frequency - not your next order date. To update your next order date, you will then need to select the date next to the field titled “Next Shipment,” and then proceed to alter your next order date. Click “Save Changes'' to complete this process.

How do I delay my future order?

How do I cancel my subscription?

I canceled my subscription but I still received my order - why is that?
