I do like the PCOS vitamins. It has made me feel much better. My bloating have got down and it has help with my cycle. However, the most recent orders the vitamins have come dried out. So it hard to chew them. When I first got them they were very fresh and favorable. I hope this gets better because I really like taking these vitamins.
