This is my first month taking this product. I bought the bundle with Vit D Hair skin and Nails and the Multi vitamin. One thing I've noticed my nails are growing and my skin is not dry and itchy anymore as the winter damaged it. I'm about to purchase again this month. I need some more time about my hair review tho because the breakage again with the winter is bad but overall great product
