I started using the collagen to help with hair skin and nails. While I do see some strength in my hair, there was one additional benefit I ain’t realize. My bones and joints don’t crack as much as they used to. I realized it helps in many ways. I drink it daily in my tea and it’s great. It dissolves well and I don’t even notice it.
