So far so great! I've been taken this for a couple weeks along with the Probiotic and Once a Day gummies. The biggest thing I've noticed since I've been taken the collogen and gummies is that my knee pain has subsided significantly. Aside from that it is fairly tasteless. I would say mixing it in a flavored beverage you won't tell a difference. *Hear me out* Mixing it in a bottle water you can taste it but it taste like nothing. Hopefully, that makes enough sense. I can totally sip the flavored beverage but will down the water. However, I would recommend giving it a try!
