I’m 2 1/2 weeks in and have noticed a lower craving for snacking! I add it to my coffee in the morning , drink my water, and have been intermittent fasting (16:8). Well. I will say this i have been taking the collagen for 4 days after purchasing. I haven't seen nothing quick. The taste for me was something I had to get use. It does smell like a gelatin when mixed with the beverage of my choice. I definitely would not recommend water or cranberry juice (bitter). Something fruity or has a strong citrus taste to camouflage the taste it's not bad but now it makes since why other products add flavors to their products. I do take other vitamin supplements. But I'm loving the product so far and can't wait to see the results as I have added with my other vitamins.
