The best way to use is in coffee , tea, or smoothie. I really didn’t like the smell and it did have an aftertaste. The pain in my lower back is minimal. My recommendation ,offer one with vanilla or other flavors. Also the container is a bit too big for the contents (it’s misleading)(just my opinion). It was half full and I only had 41 servings, not 45. I will buy again.
