I started taking the hair skin and nail vitamins at the end of Aug within the first few weeks I noticed my nails were growing at a rapid rate but what really got my attention was my eyebrows started to grow. And I also quickly figured out that I was adding double the amount since I couldn't reach the scoop the first week or so. But I'm on track now. The only question I have is how can I measure how much I need when making a big batch of protein shake instead of a single or double serving size?... I'll work it out.

I love that it doesn't have a strong taste so it's not throwing off the flavor or taste of what I add it to. I've been using it for a little over a month now and my skin looks better. So far so great! I've been taken this for a couple weeks along with the Probiotic and Once a Day gummies. The biggest thing I've noticed since I've been taken the collogen and gummies is that my knee pain has subsided significantly. Aside from that it is fairly tasteless. I would say mixing it in a flavored beverage you won't tell a difference. *Hear me out* Mixing it in a bottle water you can taste it but it taste like nothing. Hopefully, that makes enough sense. I can totally sip the flavored beverage but will down the water. However, I would recommend giving it a try!
