I was impressed with the packaging of all the vitamins from the D3, probiotics, hair, skin, and nails, and the seamoss capsules. Three of the bottles were Gummies, which were the D3, the probiotics and the hair, skin and nails all come in a variety of flavors from passionfruit to strawberry peach, cherry and orange.. very tasty gummy vitamins. I am looking forward to my journey and the favorable results that come with taking these vitamins on a regular and consistent basis. It is recommended to take lots of water and to take the vitamins throughout the day with small meals so that is what I plan to do.

I really love the vitamins I just wish it didn’t have so much added sugar in each bottle. 4g per bottle adds up when you’re taking multiple vitamins. Maybe we can work towards not using so much added sugar since we are trying to be healthy.
