For the short time that I've taken the probiotic gummies I can tell a difference in the way I feel not to mention if you need to go to the restroom the probiotics help. I don't know if I'm over dosing because I take 2 in the morning and 2 before I go to bed.

All the BGV that I am taking are working 4 me. Even though you had a vitamin that helped with hot flashes, when I start taking the D3, once a day, iron, I realized after a month I didn't have the hot flashes anymore. But when I ran out and needed to order more and waited a month before I order more vitamins my hot flashes slowly came back. So now I intentions are 2 make sure that I reorder 2 keep the hot flashes under control. Overall I love them❤️
