The product is great and I'm inspired. But I have a low tolerance to natural or synthetic products and when I tell you I can sleep for two days or longer. Believe that! But this can very well help if you know how much of it to take, for a person like me. I'm going to figure it out and take a half of a half dose.

I’m not sure what changed between my first purchase a few months ago, but this new batch has a strange after taste. I’m still feeling much more in tune with my body, but I hope that the new flavor profile doesn’t imply issues with the benefits. The after taste is off putting in comparison to the previous ones but can be ignored.

After two months of using the PCOS gummies, I’ve found that they definitely help to reduce fupas.
My four star review is based on the taste. They make me nauseous. It only lasts for about half a hour, but experiencing daily bouts of nausea is disheartening.
The directions say to take two per day. I take both in the morning because taking them causes me a great deal of anxiety (due to the expectation of the immediate onset of nausea), so it’s easier to get it all over with at once.
I have chosen not to discontinue taking them because of the results, but I’d love it if you all offered more flavors.
