They made me constipated, so that’s the reason why I had sent a email stating that I needed powder instead of Gummies. Everything else is OK. The part works very well for me. I don’t have to take it every day I could take it every other day and it does not constipate me but the gummy‘s they constipate me but everything else is wonderful wonderful and you know everything is not gonna work out for your body the same way it does everybody else so I just want to let you know no problem. I have no regrets about anything that you are sending me. Everything is wonderful. I just don’t know when my next order gonna come in.
