I shared the Collagen gummies with my Twin Brother. After taking the sea moss gummies: by the fourth day my nasal passages were opened. I know that I have gone for 10 years unable to do a complete inhale and exhale without being stopped up. I was shallow breathing. I’m still amazed by the amazing unexpected results. I started using the collagen gummies about three months ago. Prior to this I used a collagen peptide powder and decided to switch to BGV because it would be easier to travel with. I immediately noticed my nails strengthening. My nails and hair have always grown fast, but my nails used to be thin and would break easily. Not anymore. I’m also not have any joint pain, so these work just as well as the powder I was using.
