The product is great and I'm inspired. But I have a low tolerance to natural or synthetic products and when I tell you I can sleep for two days or longer. Believe that! But this can very well help if you know how much of it to take, for a person like me. I'm going to figure it out and take a half of a half dose.

New label, no lid, new formula? I’ve just received my third bottle from your company. I’m not sure what changed between my first purchase a few months ago, but this new batch has a strange after taste. I’m still feeling much more in tune with my body, but I hope that the new flavor profile doesn’t imply issues with the benefits. The after taste is off putting in comparison to the previous ones but can be ignored.

After two months of using the PCOS gummies, I’ve found that they definitely help to reduce fupas.
My four star review is based on the taste. They make me nauseous. It only lasts for about half a hour, but experiencing daily bouts of nausea is disheartening.
The directions say to take two per day. I take both in the morning because taking them causes me a great deal of anxiety (due to the expectation of the immediate onset of nausea), so it’s easier to get it all over with at once.
I have chosen not to discontinue taking them because of the results, but I’d love it if you all offered more flavors.
I just finished my third month using the Black Girl Gummies, and I wanted to share my experience.

Before I started taking them, I was dealing with abnormal uterine bleeding. I eventually had surgery to remove uterine polyps, but after surgery I still experienced bleeding and was prescribed Aygestin to help stop it.
Around that same time, I started taking these gummies consistently.
Over the last three months, I've also made major lifestyle changes by eating healthier, exercising regularly, and staying consistent with my routine. Because I changed several things at once, I can't honestly say the gummies alone are responsible for my progress.
What I can say is that I feel less bloated than I used to, no abnormal bleeding, also I haven't experienced any negative side effects from the gummies, and my menstrual cycle has returned for two consecutive months on its own after previously being very irregular. I'm continuing to monitor my progress, but so far I'm happy with how things are going and plan to keep using them.
I also appreciate the company being responsive when I reached out with questions about the ingredients in future bottles.
