I bought my first Vitamin D3+K2 formulation in March, after a miscarriage and fibroid diagnosis (four fibroids, the largest being about 5cm)
I chose not to do a surgery but focus on my overall wellness moving forward.
I’ve been consistently using the drops, as well as implementing some dietary changes with light workouts. After a few months, I must say that my painful period cramps have been reduced to a slight burn. No need for painkillers.
I had to research the correlation between Vitamin D and period cramps, and I was pleasantly surprised!
I also noticed increased sharp pain in my abdominal area where the fibroids were found initially, and over time, I’m not feeling them as much. I have much less frequent urination now. Can’t wait to go for an ultrasound to confirm what I think is happening. I’ve started giving my husband the drops as well. Overall, this is now a staple in my household and wellness routine.
