Back story, I have not been diagnosed with PCOS, I get my periods on time each month, usually lasting about 4 days, and no cramps at all. My issue is heavy periods and large blood clots., which has been normal for my periods. But after doing a little bit of research, this is not normal. I spoke to girl friend of mines who has PCOS and with a combination of Research, my best guess is that my issue is hormonal. Once I started doing research on PCOS, BGV always came up in my timeline. I watched their videos and subscribed. When it was time for my period to come each month was light with basicly no blood clots. Just the normal quarter size, or smaller. So far these two months have been a game changer. The only issue with these vitamins is too much sugar. I can't take it any more, it makes me gag. I just ordered the inositol that's in pill form in hopes of having the same results as the PCOS. Side note, I did see obgyn who is male, let's just say, all I needed was to take these vitamins and it worked.
