It kinda works ...I took a 2 month supply of this supplement. I wasn't sure of what to expect as I didn't experience less hair growth on my face. I actually experienced the opposite where the more course hair grew stronger around my cycle time. My other symptoms weren't heightened but I don't feel like they were subdued much. However, I do believe this product helped a small amount with the bloating. I don't dislike this product, I'm just not sure it's a solid investment. I don't regret trying it.

I’m not sure if that means they are improving or that’s just how it will be. I expected the gritty texture as I have taken inositol before and it has that texture. Absolutely love these gummies! Almost finished with my first bottle. I can say within two weeks that I noticed changes amongst my body. For starters, I haven’t had my cycle for over a year and I finally received it. I was nervous at first because I read that taking these would regulate the cycle and I thought I hope o don’t overflow as my cycles would be heavy, BUT that was not the case for me, so that was a pleasant surprise. Also I know it’s working because my facial hair has reduced and the growth between my waxes are manageable as well! I love doing reviews when something works, I have not gone to be tested for PCOS, but baby the facial hair, the imbalance hormones and the up and down weight. I decided to start using these gummies because I wanted to get rid of my facial hair and I stated using an oil on the surface so I know I needed something on the inside as well little did I know this was going to help with my period as well. For as long as I have been getting my period it would come with pain non stop and I would bleed heavy for 5 days straight. Man I had to write this review because my period was completely over in 5days this time around with no harsh cramping pains. Yes this is my first period since taking these gummies but if any changes I will come back with an updated review, but as of right now babyyyyy I’m sold on this.
