I’ve been taking these vitamins for almost close to a month but can already tell the difference in my energy and day-to-day activities. However, I’m a little concerned about the difference between the products I received this month. One picture includes inositol, Vitamin B12 and spearmint. However, the bottle I had delivered this month is lacking the spearmint as an ingredient and they also don’t taste like the first bottle I received. This is kind of disappointing, but I do plan on continuing to take it to see if the results remain the same. Is there a reason why the second bottle I had delivered is different than the first one??

The last time I had a menstrual cycle was back in May, and I had been struggling with irregular periods and bloating. After coming across this product online, I was very skeptical at first — I usually don’t trust online products. However, after seeing that so many women had similar symptoms to mine and remembering what my doctor told me about my hormone levels, I decided to give it a try. I cycled from Nov. 1, 2023 to Sept. 9, 2025. I started PCOS gummies & sea moss on Sept. 1, 2025. I went in ready for them to take it all, but my obgyn suggested a hysteroscopy & hormones. I’m only on day 2 and I already feel better. My energy levels make me feel 10 years younger! I have tried to manage my PCOS with electrolysis, waxing, Yaz, Yasmin, Spironolactone, Saw Palmetto, Moringa, Vit D, diet, and exercise. My obgyn gave me only 2 choices; birth control (which has risks for women over 40-I’m 40) and Spironolactone (diuretic- made me dry/dehydrated bc my normal BP is 110/70). I have never been diagnosed with PCOS but I’ve had some of the symptoms mostly the body hair and had a partial hysterectomy because of the bleeding. PCOS is something that I have been struggling with for a while. I’ve tried many things, BC, hanging diet, exercise, medication, etc. One of my biggest insecurities is the breakouts and hair growth I get on my chin.
