I've just started using it this week and I can't say that I can tell any difference yet. I have Type 2 Diabetes and an autoimmune disease called Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder, both of which cause numbness and tingling in my lower legs and feet, plus nerve pain in my thoracic spine. Because I also take PCOS gummy‘s daily, my doctor has not recommended that I take a typical supplement of calcium VitminD and magnesium that are often bundled together. I do think that the recommended dosage needs to be higher. I typically take 2 to 3 for more restful sleep.
