I try to get all my nutrients from food, but in my older age, I’m not against it anymore. i Ordered the magnesium after I did some research on brain health as I struggle with you, extreme anxiety, and stress from time to time. so much that it causes migraines. I’m not sure if this is a cure, but I have definitely felt better mentally and it hasn’t even been a full week yet. I quite literally didn’t receive my items until about almost 3 weeks after placing my order. I do not understand such a long time frame for shipping. It’s off putting.
