BGV is part of my lifestyle now. My vitamin regiment does everything I’ve always needed it to. I have increased energy, better sleep, less food cravings, and an overall better mood. Three iron gummies are amazing. I have been taking them for 6 months now and I have never tasted the iron. Being iron deficient, any time I would take an iron supplement, I would taste the metal which made it very difficult for me to continue even though I needed it BADLY. I am a lifelong anemic and I've never seen iron gummies until now. The flavor is pretty decent. There is a slight aftertaste. I can't put my finger on what it is but it's very mild. I have felt way better and breath easier now that I have iron in my system. Regular iron tablets cause me constipation so I am glad to have this alternative. Thank you.

Best tasting iron supplement I’ve tried so far. Iron pills often upset my stomach. The liquid drops had a severe aftertaste. This gummy has little to no aftertaste and is much easier to take. Will continue to take it and hope to see improvement in my hemoglobin and energy levels.

I just found out I'm pregnant, and my prenatals don't provide enough iron, so I was seeking a supplement that would be easily digested and absorbed and didn't add to (tmi) me being backed up. I am halfway through my first bottle, and I will say I don't dread taking these. i wont know for a few months if it has actually improved my iron levels or not but it taste good except the coinlike metallic oftertaste that most iron supplements have. I will say that aftertaste is light and doesn't last long. i take my probiotics right after and it takes the taste away completely. I'm very excited to come back with an update after my next iron check
