I use their Meno chill and their PCOS relief together, sent from heaven. I take one of each every day,doesnt take much for me, they're inositol plus is a must have. Extremely helpful with trouble with weightless. I finally started losing the weight I worked out 3 times a week and still was not losing any weight, especially in my stomach area and it helped with that so I would recommend absolutely. My daily take is one meno chill, one PCOS relief and unositol plus.

I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and my OB recommended I try the PCOS vitamins from BGV. Well after some research, I learned that the Inositol would be beneficial for my PCOS management as well. These two vitamins coupled with a changed diet, I see a significant change. My period is on time, less symptoms before and during my period too. I have less cravings, energy is up and the need for a daily nap is down. Most importantly though, the symptoms I once had (nausea, vomiting, migraines, cramps, sore breasts, lethargic) before my menstrual are gone. I really needed this change and I love it. I think I would like to purchase other products after further research. However, for now I can guarantee I’ll be purchasing the PCOS and Myo & D-Chiro Inositol on a consistent basis.

I was using another brand of Inositol capsules before I discovered the Black Girl vitamins (BGV) brand. Now I don't need to take as many supplements (the other brand I needed to take 4 per day). Now I only take 2 capsules and my period is regular and lasts 5 days whereas it was 3 weeks on the other brand.

This is my first bottle and it’s only half way done. My period came in ten days after using this product. I haven’t had my period for a year. I feel lighter and less bloated and no longer anxious and depressed . I’m racking up on this product. Not to mention I have my period with no cramps or back pain. I am so pleased with the results after taking Inositol for the last month. I have PCOS and hadn’t had a period in 6+ months, was holding on to weight and was always moody. As I write this, I’ve just finished my period and am ovulating. I can’t say that my improvement is totally attributed to taking Inositol but it had to have contributed.
