My nails and hair grew while using BGV. This pic is a pic of my nails with a thin layer of acrylic. I really didn’t need the acrylic, but I wanted a certain look. I usually just use gel. This is after two and a half months of using BGV. My hair is thicker and longer. I did have a sew in for two months but previously my hair didn’t grow as long and it definitely wasn’t thicker after taking out a sew in. I am happy with this product. The bundle is a great price.

I love the gummies for the vitamin D and hair nail and skin. I think they are working wonders everyone says that I am glowing. However the collagen powder while it is takes less in warm/ hot liquids when mixed with pure water it has an off taste smell combinations that I was not able to tolerate. Overall I do believe it is a great product.
