I purchased the hair and nail vitamins and I must say I do see a difference in my hair a little thicker. I had alot of shedding, these vitamins have help stop the shredding along with of course my shampoo and conditioner routine. In the beginning the vitamins did make my stomach little upset but it did go away. I stopped for a few days only then returned taking them, now no funny feelings with my tummy. The taste is great. I will be ordering my second bottle. Over time I will try the Vitamin D.

First , these gummies taste really good . I have been using the BGV - hair, skin, and nails for about 2 weeks .initially I felt like it was too notice any difference.. However, I will say in addition to me faithfully using NOLA skin is seemingly getting more of a rosy glow. Also, I am anemic, and am severely addicted to eating ice 8 -32 oz cups in a days time ( low iron). In the short two weeks as of yesterday, I can barely finish a single cup! I currently have a protective style in my hair , and acrylic nails on .. I am very enthusiastic about further results in these areas too!
