OK, prior to me ordering these vitamins. I noticed I had a lot of numbness and some parts of my body like my fingers and my toes. Feeling like the nerves in my body would just be going in and out in and out in and out and when I came across these vitamins, I read the reviews of course and I noticed that other people were having the same issues so I had decided to order me some and they just came in about two days ago, actually no yesterday and I’ve got to say I love them already. Now you know I'm dedicated to giving Black Girl Vitamins their flowers, because cause I am sharing my crusty cuticles. These pictures were taken 5 weeks apart when I first started taking the vitamins and during this process (January 26 to February 28). I honestly wasn't aware, I was low in iron. However, I'll tell you what, it really grew out my nails longer and stronger, and it has literally helped to change the color of this one nail pictured, that you can see turned brown.
