Back for my second batch! Definitely refilling the vitamin D and hair/skin/nails vitamins. So far I am experiencing less breakage of both my hair and nails. I’ve always taken vitamin D supplements but I prefer this brand. It tastes great so I’m more consistent with taking it. Will be giving the iron gummies a try this time too.
