The first time I ordered it, I could feel my cheek on the left side of my face tingling and didn’t know why. Then I realized that the darkness was disappearing and figured that that’s what the tingling was doing, clearing up the dark patch. I could see a difference in the rest of my face as well. I ordered the Once A Day, Collagen, Probiotics and Sea Moss. So far, my gut health has improved. Like, from day two. I've had problems with my gut since I had surgery last year and I thought I'd never be the same again. My energy levels have improved, not by a lot, but I can tell that it'll get better the more I take my vitamins. I have no other problems with it but that it has sugar. I just found out that I’m pre- diabetic. The vitamin helped me a great deal in other ways but in the long run it will be counterproductive. It taste great and easier to take gummies than tablets which help me to take my many vitamins quickly in the morning instead of spreading them out through the day.

I personally am used to using powder form of collagen (other brand prior) and thought the gummy would be easier and better. I feel the use is easier to pop in ones mouth but, the taste wasn't that great to me,i t gave a bitter/tart taste and feel I may need to try the powder form of this brand to compare to the previous brand I used for years.
