I’ve been using the vitamins and collagen for about a month. I love it. Have definitely been seeing results will be ordering again really soon don’t want to run out lol. Since I started, including the collagen as part of my daily supplements, I have noticed that I am sleeping more soundly. I’m definitely getting into my REM sleep. I’m just hanging in a little longer to see if I’m seeing any difference in my skin.

I started on the BGV journey back in September. I read all the reviews and decided to try them. I have been in this journey for about 2 months now and I must say I’m impressed. I’m 73 years old and I exercise 5 days a week. My sleep pattern gas significantly changed for the better. My energy level has changed also. I wake up in the morning well rested. Now I’m trying the collagen, and I feel different. I just put a scoop in my water, smoothie and I have put it in my oatmeal. No after taste and I just go about my day. I am already taking the HSN and the D3. I have been bald for a few years now but I have noticed that my edges are starting to grow but I know it takes time to see results. So I decided to give these a try and I must say they are working really well. I needed something to give me an extra boost of energy because I was tired alot. It's been 30 days and my energy levels are up. I started back exercising and changed my diet and I'm already down 13lbs in one month. My nails are also looking healthy again and not brittle and breaking.

I just took my top braids out and I see improvement to my hair.

I like the vitamins and they have great flavors. However, they are a little to sweet for me. My next order bundle I’ll mix them up and purchase some that are not flavored.

Items arrived in a timely manner. I love the packaging. Just started using the collagen, so I can't comment on any changes as yet. It adds a little more substance to my ice coffee when mixed in. The gummies D3 and hair, nail and skin were bought for my daughter whose away at school.

The gummy supplements are so good. And I’ve been taking them everyday

I have not felt any difference yet. But I am hopeful. It may take some time for my body to tell a difference. Once I see and feel a difference I will surely change my review.

So far I am loving the vitamins, I love that they don't taste like vitamins, they don't like medicine but a good gummy :) which is nice, I feel as though I have seen some minor changes already regarding my skin and definitely helps with me energy, can't wait to see the further progress .

Everything is honestly a 10/10. I’m only 2 weeks into taking both the vitamins and collagen and I’m already noticing a difference!
