I love how this inositol is working with my body. I’m having a regular ovulation cycle and tolerable periods. The only gripe I have is that I was shorted pills for at least two bottles now. I don’t know what is going on but if I’m paying for 60 capsules, I expect 60 capsules. Please advise thank you.

These supplements are so good. They helped so much with my insulin resistance. Right when I didn't think this would bring my periods back it did! Patience is key. But I also do my part. I eat low carb and a low sugar diet. I dilute all my juices with water to drown out the sugar. I also drink real juice. My juice has to be 100%. Anyways gives these pills a try!

I can’t really say I like it or love it…I gave 3 stars because in the 1.5 weeks that I did try it, I ovulated and I haven’t in months plus I got my period on time instead of 7 days later like it has been. But I’m having a crazy reaction to it. My face swells temporarily around my eyes, my mouth gets tight and i become short of breath. I took them as directed on the bottle. I tried taking one in the morning then one later in the day instead of both together. It still has the same effect on me. I thought maybe my body just needed time to adjust to it so I took it about a week and a half but the side effects just didn’t go away. Im sure it works, just not for me. I do want to try the PCOS gummies though, since that’s what I orginally bought these to help with.

Ladies you have to do your part as well. You can't just eat junk food that are high in sugar and high in carbs and not work out! You have to start eating healthy and working out. I wanted this product to work for me so badly. I liked how it helped to reduce my appetite so I wouldn’t eat as much but it caused constipation and there was no relief until I stopped using it. I wanted to see how it would help with any hormonal imbalances but I can’t allow for my stomach to feel that icky again. So I guess unfortunately I will never know the full benefits of the product.
