I purchased the hair and nail vitamins and I must say I do see a difference in my hair a little thicker. I had alot of shedding, these vitamins have help stop the shredding along with of course my shampoo and conditioner routine. In the beginning the vitamins did make my stomach little upset but it did go away. I stopped for a few days only then returned taking them, now no funny feelings with my tummy. The taste is great.
