I work in healthcare and finally gave up on my hands looking nice again when Covid hit due to the constant handwashing. Bought a trio that included the hair, nails and skin formula. Looked at my hands last week after a shower and realized my nails were looking better. Now I have length again. Not only that but my nails feel strong. Pulled out the pastel polish I keep on my toes during the summer and painted my fingernails too...:). I'll cut the dose of the beauty gummies in half to stretch the bottle. I also take mine with a meal for better absorption. I am very much looking forward to continued use and trying future products. Thank you ladies taking care of the sisters!

One word summarizes my black girl B12 vitamin experience, and that's "awesome." The gummies were very flavorful to taste and the results were awesome. My energy went from a 60% to 110%.
