They’re easy to digest, taste pretty good, and in my opinion works slightly better than the typical vitamin in gel capsules. My body doesn’t take too well to regular vitamins in pill form in contrast to by liquid and gummy, my liver doesn’t properly filter them so me not over nor under dosing myself using the liquid but the gummy versions are amazing. I won’t lie I have been sharing these and two other black girl vitamins with my husband lol. They’re good enough for me and have been assisting him slightly.
