I iI was on prescribed meds for menopause symptoms for years. I weaned myself off. I tried Magnesium glycinate to help me sleep, but it didn't help at all. I thought I would try BGV Magnesium Citrate. It has made a HUGE difference in my sleeping habits. Where I used to lie down about 10:00pm, then wake up at 3:00am, and couldn't get back to sleep. Now, I go to bed about 10:30, and I average 7-8 hours every night. I do take it with the Meno Chill every evening around 7:00 pm. I feel so much better.
