This is my first bottle and it’s only half way done. My period came in ten days after using this product. I haven’t had my period for a year. I feel lighter and less bloated and no longer anxious and depressed . I’m racking up on this product. Not to mention I have my period with no cramps or back pain. However I did have PMS symptoms within 3 days of using it but no period. Then period came with no symptoms. A win is a WIN !

I have been taking inositol consistently for almost a year now. I started taking BGV specifically for a few months. I have noticed there is less of a need to pluck my chin hairs. I seperate the tablets and pour the powder in my protein smoothie every morning. I wish this came in powder form! ☺️

I am so pleased with the results after taking Inositol for the last month. I have PCOS and hadn’t had a period in 6+ months, was holding on to weight and was always moody. As I write this, I’ve just finished my period and am ovulating. I can’t say that my improvement is totally attributed to taking Inositol but it had to have contributed. I’m also taking the Once A Day gummies. If you have PCOS, you know the struggle. There’s still a lot of research to be done. But glad I found something that’s helping me.

I love how this inositol is working with my body. I’m having a regular ovulation cycle and tolerable periods. The only gripe I have is that I was shorted pills for at least two bottles now. These supplements are so good. They helped so much with my insulin resistance. Right when I didn't think this would bring my periods back it did! Patience is key. But I also do my part. I eat low carb and a low sugar diet. I dilute all my juices with water to drown out the sugar. I also drink real juice. My juice has to be 100%. Anyways gives these pills a try!

I can’t really say I like it or love it…I gave 3 stars because in the 1.5 weeks that I did try it, I ovulated and I haven’t in months plus I got my period on time instead of 7 days later like it has been. But I’m having a crazy reaction to it. My face swells temporarily around my eyes, my mouth gets tight and i become short of breath. I took them as directed on the bottle. I tried taking one in the morning then one later in the day instead of both together. It still has the same effect on me. I thought maybe my body just needed time to adjust to it so I took it about a week and a half but the side effects just didn’t go away. Im sure it works, just not for me. I do want to try the PCOS gummies though, since that’s what I orginally bought these to help with.

I wanted this product to work for me so badly. I liked how it helped to reduce my appetite so I wouldn’t eat as much but it caused constipation and there was no relief until I stopped using it. I wanted to see how it would help with any hormonal imbalances but I can’t allow for my stomach to feel that icky again. So I guess unfortunately I will never know the full benefits of the product.
