The vitamins are great so far,it's barely been two weeks. One thing I would like for you all to incorporate is vitamin K in the black girl vitamin fam.
Vitamin D is well absorbed with Vitamin K. If you are taking Vitamin D by itself as a woman of color, you are not going to get all the benefits out of it therefore vitamin K needs to be incorporated moving forward(just a suggestion)
