I am not able to tolerate the medications that are generally used to treat elevated lipids. I develop severe muscular or joint pain. I happened upon BGV on FB. After reading several reviews, I decided to give Choless-Control a try. I was on my second bottle when I had labs drawn for a visit with my PCP. I did not expect to see a change in my levels; but I was pleasantly surprised. My Cholesterol and LDL levels had improved to near normal levels. My HDL had also increased which was great! I have not experienced any side effects! I can't wait to see my next results when I see my cardiologist.

In October my Cholesterol levels were up, I did the Keto diet for a couple of months. My doctor prescribed me medication for it and had me change my diet. This was my last resort before going back on a “statin”. I was already familiar with Black Girl Vitamins but, didn’t realize they had the Choless Control. So far , unlike the “statins” , Choless Control DOES NOT make me have that sick feeling. If anything I feel better after taking them. I would encourage women to at least give this a try. There’s no way to know if it’s effective or not. One would have to complete bloodwork and then based off that decide if it’s a good product. One thing I can say is they are easy to swallow and I received them pretty quickly. No other information to share at this point.

I just started taking the product! So it is too soon to see if there are positive results. I probably won't know until the end of January or so. I was impressed by the careful packing and surprise to see the three containers in a cloth bag! That was a nice touch for a new customer. Additionally, the capsules are easy to swallow.
