The holidays are here, and the Black Girl Vitamins ladies are in full celebration mode! This season is all about joy, warmth, and community, and nothing brings that energy together like good music, good vibes, and good wellness.

The BGV “Holiday Glow” Mocktail Recipe
During Black Friday, the BGV ladies wanted to create a festive mocktail that felt indulgent, creamy, and tropical, while still supporting your glow during the busiest season of the year.
So here’s what we came up with! And yes, it’s delicious and perfect for any occasion!
BGV Holiday Glow Mocktail
Ingredients:

1 cup pineapple juice

2 tbsp lemon juice
-
¼ cup coconut milk
-
1 tbsp vanilla syrup (or adjust to taste)

1 scoop BGV Collagen Powder
-
Ice
Optional: cinnamon or nutmeg sprinkle for a cozy holiday finish
Directions:

In a shaker or blender cup, combine the pineapple juice, lemon juice, coconut milk, vanilla syrup, and BGV Collagen Powder.

Shake or blend until the collagen dissolves and the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

Pour over ice in your favorite festive glass.

The First-Ever BGV Christmas Commercial
This holiday season, we added something extra special to the celebration… our first BGV Christmas commercial!
The short film features Mrs. Claus in her cozy North Pole workshop, preparing gifts with the help of her cheerful elves. But instead of toys and candy canes, they’re packing up wellness essentials like vitamin D, iron, collagen, and more!
The response from our community has been incredible, and we love that so many of you saw yourselves represented in a holiday moment created just for us.

Multi-City Holiday Parties
The holidays are all about connection, joy, and celebrating the women who make our community so special. Last year, we hosted our very first customer holiday party in Chicago, and the love was unmatched.
Over 60 women pulled up in their beautifully ugly sweaters for a night of sisterhood, music, games, and good vibes. We danced, sang karaoke to classics, played Black culture trivia, and sent everyone home with BGV gift bags as a thank-you for being part of our wellness family. It was the perfect reminder of the magic that forms when Black women gather.
And because Chicago showed OUT… we’re expanding!
This year, we’re bringing the holiday celebrations to Atlanta and the DMV, creating even more spaces for Black women to feel seen, appreciated, and poured into during the season.
