2 things: I just had a Kidney transplant and all of a sudden my hair began to thin and eventually shed until I had none in the center top portion; the Dr claims it’s my medication.
2.Last week my nails were so brittle and ugly

Because I was so impressed with the D3, I recently purchased the collagen peptide, sea moss and the hair, nails and skin supplements. I don't know if it's just wishful thinking or a decent night's sleep, but I feel like my skin looks more youthful and my hair edges are filling in. I love the Black Girl Vitamins. Post menopause changes everything. I like to stick to products that have healthy ingredients verses parabens. I have noticed a difference in my nails and hair within a month. My nails appear less brittle, much healthier, hair is shinier and is slowly growing back. Yay!
