My only problem is I'm tired of chewing on the gummies due to the fact I don't eat candy. I have to find another way to get all the benefits Black Girls Vitamins have but in capsules instead. Haven't started the sea moss yet; going to check with my doctor first since I'm over 65. I dont have a D deficiency so gave the D3 gummies to my daughter. Initially I was a little hesitant about the collagen, but after using the container (won't about to let it go to waste), it has grown on me. I can feel a difference in my energy level with the vitamins. I had not tasted the sea moss because I keep forgetting to take it 20-30 minutes prior to eating. The probiotics are GREAT as well.
