This is a real review and not sponsored.. as a woman with iron deficiency anemia I would like to make a point of taking up to 3 gummies to supplement. I learned the hard way and want other women to know. Normally on my pill I take 65 mg and with black girl vitamins I was taking only one 20mg daily which wasn’t enough and I felt that…. After taking my high dose for 3 days I started again on black girl vitamins 3 gummies at 20 mg and 2 vitamin D gummies daily. I’ll have to update on if I feel a difference… but taste great and I wish this was pointed out in the adds!!!! The Milligrams matter depending on Your bodies need for iron!!!!!!!
