Unfortunately, these were the worst tasting gummies I’ve ever had. I ordered 3 other gummies from BGV and really loved them but the grape flavored ones were terrible unfortunately. I really wanted to like them so I tried them one more time but they were so awful i spit them into a napkin and threw it away with the rest of the bottle.

I love the taste of these iron gummies. I have iron deficiency anemia and can't tolerate iron tablets. I've had iron infusions before but when I feel my pica creeping in, I have to supplement my iron. Hopefully, now that I have these gummies to ingest everyday, my iron won't get so low that I need any more infusions. I'm a little worried about the sugar content, so I'll have to keep a look out for any changes in my weight. Overall, they taste good and I haven't had the urge to eat ice since I started them 3 weeks ago.

I have been looking for an iron gummy ever since I had to have an iron infusion, and I'm glad I found Black Girl Vitamins and their iron gummies. I have to learn to be even more consistent than I have been with taking them, but the results were great when I was. Consistency is the key. As for the flavor, they are better than other iron gummies I've tried. There's no getting around that iron-y aftertaste, but these BGVs aren't bad at all. I don't gag or taste pennies when taking them! I highly recommend these, especially if you need that extra boost of iron.
