The package arrived swiftly. Everything is working out pretty well. So far, the main change I see is with the Collagen powder. I use the restroom more regular than before. Before I may have pooped every other day, now It's guaranteed once even twice a day depending on what I eat. Bloating has gone down. As far as the other vitamins, I am still waiting to see.
