1. Collagen Banana Pudding

The Best Banana Pudding

Ingredients (Makes 6 Generous Servings):

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 4.6 oz. vanilla pudding mix

  • 4–5 scoops of BGV Collagen Powder

  • 11 oz. Nilla Wafers

  • Milk of choice

  • 8 oz. whipped cream

  • 8 oz. cream cheese (optional, for added richness)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare pudding using your milk of choice and mix in 4–5 scoops of BGV Collagen Powder. Chill in the fridge.

  2. Whip the cream (and cream cheese, if using) together until fluffy.

Instructions:

5. Collagen Potato Salad

Potato Salad Recipe With Egg

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 

     

     

  • Eggs

     

  • Mayonnaise

  • Relish

     

  • Chicken broth (optional)

     

  • Spices (garlic powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, black pepper, etc)

     

  • 4-5 Scoops of BGV Collagen Powder

Instructions:

  1. Hard boil the eggs, drain, peel, and cut them

  2. Peel the potatoes then cut them into chunks about one to two inches in size
  3. Add potatoes to a pot with generously salted water and a splash of broth (optional) and cook until tender.
  4. Drain the potatoes and let cool to room temperature.
  5. Chop up the celery and onion then mix them up with mayonnaise, mustard, sweet relish, pimentos, spices, and collagen powder.
  6. Mix the cooled potatoes and eggs into the sauce until evenly coated then cover and place in the fridge to cool for at least one hour
  7. Garnish and serve
